# Static residential

> Fixed residential (ISP) IPs for long-running workflows.

Static residential proxies give you a fixed residential exit for the whole term. Use them when a workflow needs a consistent connection environment over days or weeks.

## At a glance

| | |
| - | - |
| Billing | Per IP, by region and term, with quantity tiers |
| Terms | 7 or 30 days |
| Delivery | Automatic after payment, per region |
| Renewal | Manual, or automatic with a confirmed price limit |

## Buying

In the console, open **Buy products → Static ISP**:

1. Choose one or more regions. Each region shows its current stock.
2. Set the quantity per region and the term.
3. Review the USD total and confirm. The order is paid from your wallet.

Prices per IP depend on the region, term and quantity tier. Stock is checked again when you check out. If some IPs cannot be delivered, their amount returns to your wallet automatically.

## After delivery

Delivered IPs appear under **My products → Static ISP** with their region, expiry and status. Each IP has its own connection details and renewal settings. See [Static IPs](/guides/static-ips).

<Note>
  A purchase covers the term you bought, not a permanent resource. Renew before expiry to keep the same IP.
