# Wallet and orders

> USD balances, top-ups and how orders are charged and refunded.

Every purchase on ipcrazy is paid from your wallet. Prices, balances, orders and refunds are all in **US dollars**.

## Top up

1. Open **Wallet** in the console and start a top-up.
2. Enter an amount within the limits shown on the form, or pick a preset.
3. Choose a payment method. The form lists the methods currently enabled; depending on availability they can include PayPal, USDT (TRC20) and Alipay.
4. Complete the payment on the checkout page you are sent to.

Your balance is credited only after the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within one or two minutes.

  For USDT, send exactly the amount shown at checkout over the TRC20 network. For Alipay, scan the QR code at checkout with the Alipay app.

## Balance and transactions

**Wallet** shows your available and held balance and every transaction: top-ups, purchases, renewals and refunds.

## How charges and refunds work

* When you place an order, the amount is **held** from your balance first.
* It is **captured** after successful delivery and **returned** automatically if delivery fails.
* If the delivery outcome is unclear, the hold stays in place while staff verify it. You are never charged twice.
* If your available balance is too low, the order is not placed. Top up first, then try again.

## Order progress

**Orders** lists your purchases and renewals with their payment and delivery status:

| Delivery status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Awaiting review | Paid with the funds held, waiting for a manual check before it is placed. A declined order is refunded in full. |
| Purchasing / Delivering | Being placed and delivered. The page refreshes on its own. |
| Delivered | Ready to use. |
| Partially delivered | The amount for the undelivered part was returned to your wallet. |
| Cancelled / Failed | The amount was returned to your wallet. |
